I use those on enemies that played well as well. It's not usually only our team I honor. But at the same time, honors don't really matter much. Can't even show it off in any way.

I think they need to look at the shared xp that they nerfed a few years back. I think top laners coming out of lane with a couple of kills and a 3 level advantage is a big part of the adc problem RN. They are tankier than a tank sup, do more dmg than the adc, have mobility and CC. So they can just run at the bot/sup 2v1 and win.

Problem is Riot doesnt seem to like nerfing champions. If something is performing well, they prefer to buff a lot of champions to balance it instead of just nerfing that one champion

makes sense though as an example there is warframe, there is this thing that makes you able to destroy a warframe and give onw specific ability to another one of your choosing, so many people created their perfec frames and then those specific abilities kept getting nerf after nerf then after another ability became more used they just nerfed it and never gave buffs

Best rune tbh, it's guaranteed bonus damage in nearly every situation. Also all the other precision tree main runes suck: fleet is nerfed to the ground, lethal tempo is objectively bad on cait and conq is bad on range.

@@DirtL right now, i'd recommend first strike if you're in an easy lane you can stomp + there is no very easy way for the enemy botlane to get small amounts of damage on you at a high frequency (therefore redering your first strike useless) such as ashe or zyra. In more difficult/aggro lanes, if you're gonna be perma fighting and need the added combat power, you go hail of blades. I never go pta on cait, i think it's bad, because very hard to proc.

@nebi75 no he wouldn't, because you can only control your lane. The other lanes will lose 0/7, he will win the lane and lose game, and most times I would say he would also lose lane, he depends too much on his support and supports in silver are trash. He will be alone vs 2 premade bot. Nothing he can do about it
