Yea it's why I like brightshows that have light hearted humor too, seasonal depression I guess mixed with actual reasons to be depressed since I was a kid, only got more depressed in high school, life is fun like that, I finally managed to get more positive, partly eating more protein and vitamin rich foods and omega 3 supplements, partly just doing fulfilling things for others and indulging in my passion of writing and daydreaming to inspire more writing We even have two or three lights that mimic natural outdoor light to reduce seasonal depression that are on most nights.. It would help if things weren't ridiculously expensive and that we had a bit more hope at times, but that's why it's the little things we actually can do something about, like watching this show and just enjoying people being happy
