As a long-time worker in the foodservice industry, I'm on Grover's side. I've noticed that customers act VERY entitled and unreasonable, especially concerning their food (kind of like those Snickers commercials). And who in their right mind goes to a formal, sit-down restaurant when they're "in a hurry?" Better brown-bag that s#it before you go to work and eat at your desk, dumbo. P.S. And NO, the customer is NOT always right :)

"And who in their right mind goes to a formal, sit-down restaurant when they're 'in a hurry?' " THANK YOU!!! YES!!! One of my first jobs was at Subway, and I was changing the sodas when a customer came in and told me to hurry up. At first, I tell him, "Be right with you," but he complained that I was taking too long. So I responded with, "If you have somewhere to be, the have the common sense to go straight there!" With that, he left and never came back.

Martin is right. Grover responds by stalking this dude multiple times and ruining his every meal. Thats kinda crazy man. he needs some therapy.

Naw man, Grover is just out here hustling with multiple jobs in this economy, but Blue Guy always gotta start shit with somebody even though he probably never suffered during the pandemic. Grove's the working class comrade we need 🙌

I use to work as a server for 4 years. I can 100% confirm I've dealt with asshole customers like Blue Guy. It also didn't help that my dumbass had a reputation for picking up the annoying tables nobody wanted. No idea why I decided to make things harder on myself

Great discussion guys. Martin probably has been misunderstood before which is why he defends light blue. He tried giving him the benefit of the doubt until the end where he finally had to admit it was his fault.

It is low key fun to question old skits and films for the hell of it… I do it all the time, even for an Ernie & Bert sketch, “Ernie Answers The Phone” or something of the sort, and asked who Ernie was calling when he said that “Bert can’t come to the phone now, he’s talking on a banana.”

I can only assume Martin has never been a server before. Just because a customer isn’t intentionally messing with their server doesn’t mean they aren’t inconsiderate or unobservant. In situations where a server is clearly busy and you’re behaving in this way, you’re showing a lack of understanding and a sense of entitlement. There’s a basic etiquette that goes both ways in the industry, and every server on the planet can tell which customers have worked tables/bars at some point in their lives, and which haven’t. Light blue, bald guy fails at that basic etiquette. That said, love you, Martin.

18:44 and from that day on, before Grover went unconscious, he made a vow that went something like this: I will be on you like blue on blueberries. Wherever you go, I will be there. I will make your life a living nightmare. My Blue Heaven will be Your Blue Hell.
