Actually, I have found the sample - it's Alan Ginsberg from the conference Dialectics of Liberation in 1967 - see the link in the video description.

Not sure where the sample comes from but I think it's someone referencing William S Burroughs: "Don't escalate the hostility, don't escalate the anger, control your mind, watch what you're doing, be aware -- totally."
