The music world lost him about three years after this was released, as they never did anything memorable after their first album. Not a true one hit wonder but very close. They were pursued by several labels after causing a buzz in the LA bar scene, and for playing with established acts, so the label paid them a lot to sign, helped them a lot in recording an album, and promoted them like mad, and their first LP was a success, but everything thst came later was disappointing.
