Hey disco, I've never commented before on your channel, but I subscribed. I'm rebiulding an 74 vette, and I'm thinking of doing chrome hooker sidepipes. I'm hoping I don't have to dimple anything due to the chrome. But it's on the waiting list, I gotta finish up an 81 vette I bought to rebiuld and sell, but my ol' lady ❤️ has claimed it for her summer car. I just wanted to drop ya a line and let you know that I too, am corvette crazy.

they sound great, but what I learn is they need to be wrapped for heat shield, they get extremely hot and burn all wires/cables near to it.

Great Video. Where you happy with the Doug's Headers and pipes? I'm about to do my 82 Vette. Just debating on if hooked is worth the extra money or not.

Why the hell would you cut your car when you could just heat and bend those goddamn headers I have a c3 and I'm not cutting mine lol

Cool, post a video and show how you did it, I really want to see how you get those T-bolts through the factory holes without having to drill access holes.

@@kevinstanley6056 I'm a mechanic and I do exhaust work all the time and I've never cut a car to make exhaust fit lol there's always someone with an opinion who's never did the job

The 1980 Corvette put out maybe 200hp at best...a lot of work for such a low hp car.
