My favorite Stanhope specials are Beer Hall Putch and No Place Like Home. He's got a 20-minute chunk on mental illness that is worth a listen, and the bit about his mother on Beer Hall is great also. I'd recommend starting there and working through the rest of his stuff.

No Refunds being shot in NY makes it unique as her trashes the yankees in their faces so hard, it's a different show than all the other ones just for that. You could make a tier list of his specials but you couldn't make a top 5 because they're funny for different reasons and some bits resonate more than other for each person.
