He never told me what to think just how to logically and from a scientific standpoint look at the available evidence and judge for myself at a point when I was very much under propaganda and ideological spells. Not that needy people shouldn’t be helped, but that point of view is partially what allowed us to get to this place to begin with! One of the first things Obama did when he got into office was to end tax credits (or tax breaks?) for charitable giving. I thought it was crazy at the time. Why would he do that, unless he preferred that the government take over that responsibility. The thing though is basically any type of certification allows the district to bill Medicaid. Even a paraprofessional counts. It’s a horrific amount of money.
