Wiger's got to get into safety razors. Much closer/easier shave, and much cheaper. You can get a 100 pack of blades for like 10 bucks. And they last longer than Mach 3 cartridges. I used to use Mach 3 to shave until I switched over to a safety razor several years ago. Besides being a lot cheaper, I also noticed less irritation due to the blades being sharper and not taking as many passes to shave the same amount. I also cut myself less.
