Kumail is making me feel understood! I thought I was the only weirdo who didn't like olives, mushrooms, tomatoes and magicians. And I agree with his assessment of magicians, there are enough illusions in real life. I don't need another person pulling a fast one on me. Also, magicians can never read the room. Case in point, I had a man come up to me at my Mom's visitation, give me his condolences, then ask if I knew how he had met my Mom and Dad. He then whipped out a deck of cards and asked me to pick one, so he could do a magic trick...in the funeral home, at my Mom's visitation. Apparently he was a magician that performed between races at the horse track where my parents went. His wife must have noticed the look on my face, because she dragged him away, but not before he could hand me a business card and say that he was available for parties🤦‍♀️😂

@@askmemum It's one of those things that is hilarious at the end of the night, when you're done having to fake smile and hug people you barely know. And you finally sit down and go, "Did that mf-er really try and get me to do crowd work at my own Mom's funeral?!"🤦‍♀️😂 And all of my sisters cracked up laughing, saying they were taking bets on whether I would cuss him out or throat punch him. But honestly, if he cared enough about my Mom and Dad to come to a funeral, then bless his socially inappropriate magician heart🤷‍♀️😂
