I suffer from depression and seeing you go through everything you do in a day is so inspiring. Some days its hard for me to get out of bed. Seeing what you do motivates me to do at least one thing to take care of myself for the day. also, your affirmations at the end always brighten my day. Thank you for being such an amazing kindhearted person. The world needs more people like you.

@@TheRachag so hard having kiddos. Especially in places where the price of living (as a general) is so high. This whole family has such a beautiful heart. I wish I had the financial means to adopt as I wouldn't want my own biological. I just know now I couldn't afford to have another person in my household. :( Maybe one day but for now kiddos aren't in my near future.

She even tried the smoothie as well had to thin it down a bit more as she found it too thick but omg what a difference in giving her the same breakfast lunch and dinner .

You don't want to see your loved ones go through something so terrible. Yes girl fasting is the key. I also worry about how much he consumes. It's a build up effect. The body needs a break at some point. Don't take it the wrong way, just learn from someone else horrible experience.

When I was a kid I grew up in a very neglectful and abusive home and school was my saving grace. I didn’t get good grades but I had friends and teachers who made me feel noticed. We had moved around my whole life but we stayed in one place for quite sometime bouncing from friends house to friends house. Well finally the end of my junior year my mother made me leave my school. It affected me so negatively I’m still impacted by it today. I literally couldn’t bring my self to even attend another school and I was petrified of how I would be treated so I dropped out. It was the biggest regret of my life but at that time my only option with my lack of resources. I say all this to thank you for doing what you do for these kids! The fact that you allow them to still attend their school and keep that stability speaks volumes about you. So many sacrifices and they definitely don’t go unnoticed. I would’ve been a different person if I had a you growing up. ❤️❤️

I’m the 65 year old middle child of eleven brothers and Sisters. My Mother raised is all on her own. She was amazing. I miss her so much; she passed in 2020. Then my daughter passed in 2021. . . That’s all I got to say about that. Good job to you. Your a wonderful energy which your beautiful family must just love.

Oh my gosh I have to tell u I have no children only nieces (3) nephews (3) nice and even how ever I’m obsessed watching ur video’s u are amazing but watching ur 5am routine making ur breakfast, lunch an dinner an just have it all done with today’s was 45 minutes is truly incredible. If I had to do that there is no way by far I would look beautiful like u do I would be an extremely red hot mess and I would have to get my self up way before u do ur truly incredible. WHAT WOULD BE GOOD TO SEE ONE MORNING IS TO SEE JOSH DO THE 5 AM MORNING ROUTINE PLEASE I THINK IS WOULD BE AMAZING.

You, your Husband, but also your kids, are doing Great ☺️ I‘ve just been Wondering why you are using so much non-reusable stuff? (Paper Plates, foil baking tins, …). Is there a specific Reason? :)
