Have to say people don’t understand how hard it is Not only physically but mentally also to get up every morning and to do all this prep and cooking for 14 people. Whilst also looking after the kids and doing other things like going to the store. It can be very draining and tiring. I appreciate and understand how badly you wanted children by the way that you treat them now. Picky or not you cater for everyone. If you haven’t heard it today you are appreciated, no one is perfect and on top of everything you’re also an influencer which comes with it’s own issues. You’re doing the best you can and that’s good enough. God bless you and the fam 🦋💙

My Grandma had 12 of us kids spend the week at her house. She put various cereal boxes on the table for us to choose from each morning. We were also allowed to make toast. For lunch and dinners some of us helped set the table and we took turns helping Grandma make dinner. Every day we went swimming at a local pool and every night we went to the fairgrounds. Each night she let us take out couch cushions and sleeping bags to sleep under the stars. Every day was so much fun being surrounded by kids. It must be great for your kids to have the joy of being together every day!

Girl I feel you on the anemia. I have it thanks in part to my Rheumatoid Arthritis. When it gets low or I forget to take my iron, I have no energy to even get up and brush my hair, restless leg syndrome like you said, brain fog and oddly enough the skin on my face (especially forehead) gets super dry. As soon as I see that I’m like “yep I’m low” lol.

I know it’s not easy to be green with such a big family but watching a lot of your vlogs I’ve noticed a lot of plastic and paper plates/cups being used often. Seeing you throw the zip lock bag that u stored the tune sandwich filling straight in the trash, the daily plastic spoons for the kids packed lunch. Would you consider those wooden spoons and reusable silicone bags for their sandwiches?

I love how much you show your love for the kids, through their prefered Lunch sandwich, Cereal, Yoghurt, Chips a.s.o. It shows how much you care for their needs and wants. As some of the other people here said you are an amazing A+ MOM !!💖 About the mushrooms, they are grown on a mixture of horse manure and a loose kind of dark casing soil, in a dark and humid environment. As a bug repellent for your vegetables, whe used to mix a bottle of Tabasco sauce with about 5 or 10 liters( don't know the convertion to gallons, sorry! ) of water in a spray tank and spray it on them once in a while, depending the weather.

They are supposed to be cleaned off with a damp towel before prep. There’s a lot of cross contamination in the video along with raw meat touching a lot of surfaces (spice containers, etc.) I hope no one gets ill. It can be extremely dangerous. We have a family friend who almost died because of vegetables not being properly washed in a home kitchen. Even with grocery labeling stating “washed” it’s not always the case and cross contamination occurs in the store as well. Better safe than sorry.

It's nice to see, I'm not the only person being really selective about fresh produce 🙈🤣 lol. I inspect every bag/container before taking the best looking. A tip, that I heard about to keep banans from browning to quick, wrap a produce back/ cling wrap around the top stem. When the stem is exposed to light, bananas really quickly go from green to yellow to brown, because if some scientific something or other. I don't know if it really works, but worth a try I guess? 🤷‍♀️ Love to you all, all the way from Denmark 🇩🇰

Combine 1 pound 85% ground beef, I egg, 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce, milk to moisten, about 1/4 cup. Add extra crumbs and milk if needed for the perfect loaf texture. Form into loaves on cookie sheet and coat with ketchup. Bake for one hour. I use Aldi brown gravy in the packet, and you can also serve with ketchup. Add mashed potatoes and a veggie for a great, easy family dinner! Non Appetite!

Hi Alicia! As for the insides of the peppers, I have budgies and they really like that part so you might want to check if it's okay to give your chickens those parts and thus avoid more wastage! In addition, peppers are relatively easy to grow, so it might be worth checking if you can grow them in the garden too! Regarding the mushrooms, you can clean them with a brush to remove soil, wash them with water quickly (quickly because they are porous and will suck the water if they are under the current for too long) or peel the top part of the dome And a question about the skewers, don't you soak them in water before you skewer food on them? Don't they burn like that? And it was really nice to hear and see you and Josh talking in the morning and getting organized, and he helps and says you're ying and yang, it was lovely Edit - Ok now I just got to the part in the video where you say you didn't have time to soak the skewers XD less than a minute after I wrote my comment, but yes it is very useful and you can do it the night before before you go to bed, just fill a long container with water and throw the skewers in and it will be ready by morning

I always wash and reuse the Ziploc bags. These things are getting more and more expensive to purchase. Even the cheaper brands are increasing in price. Just a tip on saving a dollar especially for a big family like yours 😃

Just remember to soak your kebob skewers first for about 20 minutes, the longer the better tho, if you have an hour ahead, that would be best. Then they dont burn.

The kabobs look delish! Actually, I learned from the Cooking Channel, that you're not supposed to wash mushrooms.. They will absorb the water. Just wipe them off with a damp paper towel.

Beyond the physical needs of feeding, providing a home, for your kids, the sibling Bonds being formed in this home are priceless. Family members are invaluable. The way they do all birthday parties together and help and support one another are amazing. These kids will become adults and have families of their own. Their chidren will also be closer than the normal cousin relationship - all because this one woman chose to love each child fully and unconditionallly.
