If you’re mixing dyes make sure you wear a dust mask! I learned that the hard way it make me cough like crazy and caused me to wheeze in between breaths! Also make sure you soak the shirts for at least 5-15 minutes before you start dying your shirts and when you’re done wrap them up in Saran Wrap and let the shirts sit for at least 8 hrs or better yet over night!

Great having Alex there to help. I often go by myself to Sams club and Costco and then have to load my cart then load the car. Thankfully the older kids are at home to unload. I am too old (66) to be doing all the loading and unloading by myself. Thankfully the grands (I have sole custody of four of my 10 grandkids) are good about helping. The closest BJs is over an hour away. May have to check it out one day. I do love the scan and go feature at Sams club. Saves unloading my cart to the conveyor belt.

with the water... you should think on getting a filtered water system that you can put in the fridge. changing a filter every three months is cheaper than buying all the bottles and its also better for the environment . get each kid a "water bottle" and in the long run I think you would save some money

Thats a lot of stuff to stock on ,we go through a case of water every day for 5 people . But we are the same not much pop becuse it's not good on the teeth much . Or at least I tell my grandson that . He would drink a 12 pack a day if you let him . Doing great with organizing and it's great the children help too. What a wonderful family you have !

Quick question. I’ve noticed that many families are drinking cases of bottled water. Is there something wrong with the tap water in peoples’ homes? We buy cases of water only when we go on trips. We do have a filter system that filters all the water that comes in to our house. I’m just curious. I live in Georgia.

Have you looked at ordering the box spring online, from Amazon or Wayfair? I’ve now ordered two box springs, three mattresses of various types and a complete bed with headboard between those two retailers. The last box spring I ordered, a queen size, I found for less than $100. Had to assemble it but it’s stronger and more sturdy than any of our others, and since it was during heavy Covid times, it was available!

You can get him a bedframe that you don’t have to have a boxspring ❤️ I have one a Queen I got it right on Amazon or Walmart and you just throw the mattress on top without a boxspring

We only drink tap water in our house. I'm in the US. We only use the disposable bottles for when we are somewhere we can't take our refillable bottles. So very wasteful to use bottles and cans all the time.
