How to Rank Items Using Excel RANK Functions

This video shows you how to rank a list of values. It show three different functions to do this: RANK, RANK.AVG and RANK.EQ. There's also some extra on how to use the VLOOKUP and create a dropdown to save extra space.

Does writing macros from code by writing code require use of an installed package? Restated is there a macro-editor which is a code editor as built-in to the product? I hope to train an office-person on how to make the tool productive, usually I write in Java.

What to do, when dual position or rank come in column. Any solution when 1 and 1 position come in column but then it will not show 2...and will show 3 after 1

if your keyboard isn't set up for the F4 key, then you'd have to manually add the $ for the cell reference.

What does the F4 do?

Some keyboards have a toggle so F1 could also do something else like mute. See if there is Fn button somewhere to change the modes.
