Douglas Kysar presented at the third annual conference on Law and Mind Sciences,The Free Market Mindset: History, Psychology, and Consequences, which took place on March 7, 2009 at Harvard Law School.
Douglas Kysar is Professor of Law at Yale University where he teaches and writes in the areas of tort law, products liability, risk regulation, environmental law, and sustainable development. From 2001-2008, he taught at Cornell Law School. He has also been a visiting faculty member at Harvard Law School, a visiting scholar at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain, and a Distinguished Environmental Law Lecturer at the Florida State University College of Law. He graduated magna cum laude in 1998 from Harvard Law School, where he received the Sears Prize and was a teaching assistant for Professor Jon Hanson.
