Thank you for this video, Douglas Murray is always worth listening to and your reaction shows it. The nearest equivalent to fundamentalist Muslim is a true believer in Marxism, talking to both is equivalent to banging your head against a brick wall. there is no two way discourse, it is their way or your an enemy.

A bit unfair the comment by Trish below, Douglas Murray states that we in the west are unable to understand such a total belief in a religious mindset that there is no common ground between these fanatics and the West. There is no negotiation, middle ground, compromise only their viewpoint and belief in a rather dodgy chap in Arabia back in the 7th Century AD (Who apparently married a 9 year girl) proclaimed a religion which held the whole truth. Anyone who rejects the strictures of the Koran is an unbeliever and must submit to the one great prophet or else. The results of upsetting these people has sometimes been fatal.

Those affirmative grunts & knowing chuckles, as you & he share endless thoughts the rest of us couldn’t possibly understand! You have a unique opportunity to remain silent, & preferably invisible, & learn some of these brilliant secrets of great communication.
