Heart breaking. Each time someone conveys the actual facts, realities, what happened, It's just collapsing your soul. For anyone born some decades after WW2, as a citizen of a democratic western society, like Israel, Britain France etc. EVEN IF we were exposed to the horrors of war (several times) we just somehow blocked our soul from understanding that such evil brutality and cruelty still exist in the world. We just lulled ourselves (and I'm a right-wing Jew, and both my parents were born in muslim countries) that such evil died down after the holocaust. We thought humanity saw itself in the mirror, got shocked, and decided to never do such things again. I think even truth seekers like Mr. Murray, who travel a lot, in war zones and through many cultures and places and conflicts - was not prepared for this blow. For this overflowing sorrow, that humans can do this. Do this. Enjoy this. And that other humans can still cheer about such horrors. I know this is out of place, but I feel deep down, that the leftist/marxist germ, the seed of the "revolution" sawn by the USSR agents so many years ago, finally got to rot the core of western society. Not only that - its true goal was revealed. It's not about creating a brave-new-world. They do not hold any concrete dream of a better world, for which the current one should be destroyed. It's simply the very basic evil. They just want to kill everything, burn everything, destroy everything and take great joy in anything that dies, suffers, burns. I do NOT know if there are any forces today in humanity to stand up and confront this evil. It is everywhere, and it touches people we love and care for. Every idiotic "Gamer", every little hello-kitty girl, every neurotic Swedish anorectic girl who only eats vegan because she can't stand the thought of lovable calfs being killed - but she'll run down the street with a "Palestinian" flag calling for "Intifada" and "from the river to the sea" and so on. Can we fix our broken kids? spouses? school-teachers? friends? Can we fix the "human-rights watch" who watches indifferently the horrific rape and death of party youngsters, just because they're on the Israeli side of the border? (No, they weren't even all Israelis!) I don't know that we can fix this. I'm close to 60. Our generation can't fix the young generation. We can't answer questions that aren't asked. We can't show a better way to someone who wouldn't walk. We can't throw to jail such large parts of our population, who caught this disease. I do not know what we can do, and if it is not too late.

"How in God's name could any young person think that any of those people (victims at the Nova festival) did anything wrong or that anything could have justified that (Hamas' demonic slaughter of them and burning them to ash)? What do you have to have become? You have to have become someone you should never want to be". Douglas Murray's question knocks the ball right out of the ball park. How indeed? We have become legions and nations of people with deathly seared consciences.

The Massacre of Oct 7 2023 (Saturday) in Israel 🇮🇱 to me, has become a valley of decision for the entire world, for every individual, where the line is drawn, and where he/she has decided to stand. Just like Pharaoh against the God of Moses, who was put into the same valley of decision 10 times, and failed all of it. According to the Bible in Exodus, God hardened Pharaoh’s heart. But Pharaoh was already pursuing evil from the start and so his obstinate resistance towards the God of Moses was an already inevitable outcome of his own stubbornness. However, instead of softening His confrontation with Pharaoh, God intensified it by confronting him and by extension, the Egyptian people with the plagues of Egypt, which affected everyone and everything and also indirectly challenged every one of their Egyptian gods. This confrontation however, had the opposite effect, which God foreknew, for instead of causing the ruler of Egypt and its proud people to relent and submit to this foreign God of Israel that has such awesome power, they became even more rebellious and stubborn in not letting the Jewish slaves go free. Even the 10th plague was, to the ancient Egyptian king, a momentary lapse of judgement where he finally relented and let the Jews go, before he mustered all his remaining pride to defy and rebel one final time, against the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. What has the lesson of the ten plagues of Egypt above got to do with the massacre by Hamas on October 7th 2023? I see this horrific event as a threshold that the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is using to relentlessly confront & goad every person on earth into a valley of decision, whether they will choose to either hate the Jews or support them. Either way, the continued existence of the Jews in world history despite continuous persecution through millennia, speaks more about the God of their ancestors than just their persistent existence. And this pivotal event in world history has become a line in the sands of time, drawn by this God to the entire world, as a last warning to not waste any more time in deciding their love or hatred of the Jews, and by extension, the God of all creation, not to drag their feet anymore, because of the coming divine judgement that will be on the people of the earth. Each living individual on this planet must come to a definite decision on who’s side they want to be on: His side, or not. However, it is becoming more inevitable as the days continue that millions if not billions are becoming more determined and willing to resist the challenge to repent and be humbled before the true and living God. Instead, many have chosen to believe in the lie, whom God has allowed upon the world in these the last days, before the Return of the King of all kings and the Lord of all lords. There is indeed NO middle ground.
I love Douglas Murray - Friend to 🇮🇱✅friend to 🇺🇦✅ Enemy of Woke Insanity ✅Brilliant writer ✅ Living proof that Ls Gs & Bs loathe gender ideology & the alphabet mafia ✅ Never has a man so eloquently spoken for everything I believe in, never a gentile who has so loyally had our backs as Jews. I have thought, as a festival & rave-goer in my day, about that horrific attack on the rave, what that would be like, it breaks my heart and I have had such a similar reaction to Douglas to these, “where are the Oct 7 rape videos” by creepy misogynistic antisemites and I so appreciate you Douglas for using your platform to express the collective disgust of so many of us to the denial of the atrocities. You are the greatest man in Britain.
