At the 1st First Ministers' Questions of 2023, Douglas Ross lead with questions on the NHS crisis.
He blasted the SNP government over their clapping of Nicola Sturgeon's answer to his question, which he found disgusting.
He also called out for the First Minister to sack Humza Yousaf, her Health Secretary.

And Murrell had to loan them over £100,000 because they were broke after spending £2 million on a failed indie campaign. And where is the money coming from to pay it back ? Taxpayers ? I am surprised Sturgeon did not blame the Ukraine war at some point, because there seems to be a lack of focus on finding out the source of the problem and more with putting up smoke. Bed blocking is because the social services aren’t funded well enough. The whole system needs properly funded to allow people to be discharged from hospital. Paying an A+E doctor more is kind of irrelevant if the rest of the system is clogged up
