This is the most useful makeup channel I've ever come across! As a child, I grew up very tomboy so I didn't get to play with makeup very much. I struggle with applying makeup mostly because I didn't know about my face shape / eye shape, but this makeup channel is so informative and very detailed! The tip for inner corner eyeliner for epicanthic fold is so helpful because every makeup guru I've come across didn't have one whenever they put out a makeup tutorial. Thank you Peachie! 🥰

Y’all this is so hard, I have medium brown skin. (Think of your Indians or native Americans) and that aegyosahl can come out looking just dirty. She wasn’t joking when she said it required skill and practice. I mastered the outer and inner liner though, without liquid it works with certain types of gel crayon pen pencil ones.

This is really great! I didn't know that the inner folds of our eyes had a name for it. And the tip to work around that type of epicanthic fold is useful! I also have super hooded eyes, I can't do a wing liner.

Aegyosals are not the same of eyes bags , so if the are too prominet is because they are aegyosals . Its trendy now , but dont forget even if its trendy or no , you are still really pretty 💕

It’s always been trendy in East Asian beauty communities. It’s cause it makes the eyes look 3-dimensional instead of 1-dimensional. Since we have fairly flat features, making the eyes look bulge out makes the makeup standout. If you already have strong structured features, u may not need the aegyo-sal

I heard that it mostly depends on how far apart or how close your eyes are, but that can be fixed with adjusting the inner corner eyeliner :)

One thing I've noticed is that, those who have more prominent features look better with an even softer method of Douyin. Douyin makeup can look harsh so I opt out alot of the liner with eyeshadow and use liner as an accent on the outer wing and inner corner. For the aegyo Sal part, I make it less defined than most douyin pictures. Also, contacts or circle lenses play a huge role in this. Throw on some contour, mascara, then individual lashes underneath your real ones, and you're good to go. Understanding your face and eye shape is key

Looks like a very soft gyaru style. Brown instead of black, cat eye instead of puppy, but the aegyo and shadow droop are the same. If she lightened and styled her brows and did a little more with the nose + lashes it would be acceptable for gyaru :)

Nothing to do with skin color, but eye shape tbh. You can just do the same steps but with shades that match your skintone, if your eye shape matches the tutorial.
