I think injuries are broken on simulation now. I played a game that had 7 injuries 4 for me and 3 for the ai. 2 of my injuries were 5 day bruised shoulder and the other 2 were 3 month broken toes

Your squad depth is really fucked.. why would you not get some reserve players 😂 I observed this in your realisitc career mode.. how realistic is it having just 18 19 players

with 11-12 youth players it's very realistic, most top level squads keep 18-19 first team quality players and let the youth squad fill out the numbers, even manchester city or liverpool

Literally played a game on my career mode, 3 injuries, all broken toes. 3 months out, Just ruins the career mode.
