I think Arrow Looper refers to the type of rollercoaster this is - the company which designed it was Arrow Dynamics and the coaster is under the category of a looper.

I wonder if the blue interlock you saw at the end was perhaps a late NOS Dover part slapped on by ThyssenDover, as the COP and door brailes all point to ThyssenDover. Would probably have to look up the certificate to get the exact install date. I have seen legit 1998 Dover Impulses and their COPs of course had the Helvetica font, plus Helvetica on door brailes that are smaller in size. ThyssenKrupp may have replaced the COP for whatever unknown reason. The nameplate does point to late 90s Dover or ThyssenDover. The ® symbol sits a little further out from the bottom right of the Dover name on late 90s Dovers and ThyssenDovers.

Last Arrow looper I rode, Canyon Blaster at Adventuredome, was pretty rough. It was as bad as Mind Eraser at Elitch Gardens.

you wouldve known it was accessible from the arcade thats right next to the ride exit if you actually payed attention ive also been to the park and on the ride so i know very well how to get to it i couldve rode it but chose not to cuz i was there for the coasters and not the elevators
