Hello, can I ask how tall you are? I am 5.9feet myself and doubt the back length is high enough even though it says the chair is suitable for people up to 6.2 feet

Sure thing. So far, the chair has been comfortable to sit in. It has been night and day different from my last chair. I have been able to edit my videos for a lot longer than I did before in this chair. It rolls well. It swivels well. I keep the back reclined just a little bit and it stays right where I put it. The cushion is firm which is good for me. Too soft and there is not enough support. The arms move with the seat back. There not independent. If you like the arm rest more forward and independent, then this is not the right chair. If that is not a problem, then I would recommend this chair. Hope this helps.

I have one of these. I wish I could sue, after a few months of using this chair I'm in constant back pain. I hate these chairs with a passion.

I'm sorry to hear that. A flat bed does the same thing to me. I bought an adjustable bed frame, now I don't have that problem. I hope you can find a better chair and relief.
