@@SonicVision if you get a good one you're be pleased with the quality. To get super buttery smooth video at 60fps I use resolve studio 17, set the project settings to 60fps and use optical flow, work's perfectly. Software is a bit pricey but it's a one off payment for life so not so expensive over the year's.

Well, Bob, ya forgot the most important thing: the external mic hookup. The jack and the shoe. As a whizbang professional with decades of experience, you know that good audio is at least as important as good video. But hey, you did your best...

Great review. I think the same. My slr for 50p video does not get used now, and I got a few lenses for it till I discovered this mini marvel.

Especially for DO MAGAMMIND. They make removing everything from the HDMI output screen very easy on this camera. Just rotate the camera screen towards the front and it all magically disappears.

Well I have the x920 and there IS a picture quality difference between the 12x optical and 25x digital zoom. The 12x is extremely sharp and the 25x zoom is so-so.

How can I remove auto an manual sign from the screen of panasonic HC-X900 so it does not show on the hdmi output, at the moment I have removed every other thing showing But I seem to Get reed of The MNL sign when it is manual and the A Sign when it is in Auto

Use the remote control buttons "ext display" and "date/time" to remove all signs on the hdmi output.
