It is awesome u still get to be in deer camp with your dad, making memories that will last forever. I know u rather see ur dad get a deer more than u would want to shoot a 200 inch deer urself. Ur a good group of guys and excited that ur in with nwtf.

Cool old buck. Best part was Whitney reiterating he could take him if he wanted. Pops had that big 9 lingering in the back of his head while he weighed his options. But age trumps score. As Jeff said, cool to think how many hunters he probably give the slip in his life.

U dad for sure done that majestic old boy a huge favor. Id have bet money he wouldnt have made it through the winter. Id be thrilled to take him over a 160”-170”. Would be cool to know what he did score.
