Guys if you have avg installed disable it while downgrading or it will make it fail mid install you’ll have to restart all over

This video was fantastic! Successfully downgraded my girlfriend's 13 year old iPad 2 to iOS 6. Keep in mind that if you are trying to do this from a virtual machine on a Mac and are running into issues toward the end, switch to a true Windows PC and you will be all set

At first, I thought the link to download the firmware was broken, as it didn't do anything. I guess this is the reason why you said that Firefox is most reliable. But it worked after copying it and pasting in a new tab in chrome.

I have the right 3U tools version, and the right IPSw OTA IPAD 2.2 3U Tools sticks to 19%. The old Apple logo appears briefly on the tablet but then goes from the DFU mode to the recovery Phoenix KDFU

It seems like it won't go past "Querying for SHSH file on Apple Server" and will instead conclude with a "Flash failed!" I'm trying to downgrade an iPad 2,4 after a poor result of using it for a day after a very long time. I hope that doesn't mean this specific device firmware file server is shut down.

You can’t downgrade an iPad 4, which is what you have if you’re on 10.3.3

Yeah, you’re using an iPad 4. You cannot downgrade to 9.3.5, You can only downgrade to iOS 8.4.1

It also gives me error even if following your video step-by-step. Did it like 10 times but it always stuck at iOS 6 logo with no progress in the bar, then 3utools shows me “Failed!” after 9:42 minutes, and the only way to go out of this is by holding the home button and the power bouton for 8 seconds. Then I have to kickstart again the jailbrake and repeat the whole process… I don’t seriously know at this point what I’m doing wrong
