It's sad that it's on saturday as last years in a row, I just can't go to see it having only 3 hours or a little more to drive. It's just sad they switched from sunday to saturday as dh is the best show.

@@freerideshuttle unfortunately DH always came on the Saturday when they host DH & Cross Country at the same event. Always better on the Sunday 🤙

DH World Cups will never be the same again, will be interesting to see what RedBull come up with. New break away competition to get away from the dinosaurs at the UCI maybe?? It has been a blast watching for the past ten or so years. LOOK AT THE TIME!!!!!

Not the same condition, you can’t compare these time. There was rain during the mens elite plus lots of riders who trashed the tracks even more. Yes I can’t wait to see Jordan in Elite! He is a beast!

Anyone who thinks we're not missing some great coverage in 2023 only has to watch this video to find out how wrong they are. The combination of Rob Warner's unmatched energy, the focus on where each rider is in relation to the "hot seat" leader's times at the splits, and the on-screen graphics that give tons of information, all add up to a standard of excellence that will be hard to match, let alone beat. Presumably the 2023 broadcast folks have had years to study Red Bull's prior coverage, but they seem intent on giving us a minor league production.

Redbull have done a good job over the years but could have done so much more for the sport. More coverage I.e qualifying, juniors, more cameras for better track coverage and better money for the teams and riders. And the app, don’t get me started on that. But all this comes at a cost. Rob Warner and free coverage is the only things I’ll miss. I’m confident discovery will have more coverage and better pay which will improve the sport but it will come at a cost of subscription.

I think of the two Nicole had the cleaner run.
@robertocalvo9342 жыл бұрын
Pompon's run was magnificent, perfect riding position, very elegant. Loris' was pretty technical/elegant too but men's descents are a bit more brutal so it's hard to look as nonchalant as Myriam - the difference in time was 40 seconds.
