I'm had to watch this because my family is from Downingtown Pennsylvania including myself but I mostly lived in West Chester Pennsylvania and Coatesville. My Grandmom lived on Glenside Rd in Johnsontown / Downingtown the house on the hill. I now live in Tucson Arizona as of 6 years I miss home I might move back one day. My children went to Beaver Creek and I went to Eastward thanks for the tour of home.

77-84 lived in east Brandywine, culbertson run. Many great memories of Downingtown. My little heaven.

This was an excellent video. Taking us on a cruise was the best because we were actually able to see what the town looked like. The second wonderful thing, although it was not mentioned was walk ability. I would definitely feel safe walking in the early morning and/or @ night. Also it is flat terrain and last ,but not least you mentioned it was a flood zone. OH! I almost forgot. Thanks for giving us a price range.I did wonder however, does downinton have business district?I know most people do not think of people with disabilities, but if there are resources for transportation this is a great location for people w/disabilities
