It worked for me on June 2024, I have uninstalled the old office 365 pack I had from "Installed apps" AND ALSO uninstalled the package from Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall a program. So make sure you have uninstalled both packages of Office 365 or any old versions you may have. After that just follow the steps of the video, be careful on the part when you download the new pack using the "setup /download configuration.xml" just make sure the download is finished as indicated on the video because if you only see the new folder you may think its done but there is data still being downloaded, so just be careful to wait until its fully downloaded. After that I followed all the steps and worked perfectly. Thanks a lot!

This actually worked for me! I think most people have problems when they run the first command because it doesn't show the download progress, but you can right click the Office folder and see the size is increasing to know that it is downloading still, also when it completed for me I had to press enter again in the cmd window (it did not automatically show the new line), but after leaving it about an hour for the download it really worked fine for me. I've followed every step correctly, however it didn't work for me. After activating Product key, it is showing a message as "This product is unlicensed. Connect to your corporate network or contact your system administrator for further assistance". Microsoft won't sit idle if people are publicly using costly licensed activation keys for free. It won't work as I tried even after uninstalling the software by following the video tagged by you, still did not work and it never works. All these videos of same format of installations and positive comments are fake!!!!!

Mate you're on fire !!🔥 Thank you very much, initially I got stuck during the installation due to an error and I tried to remove the previous version of MSOffice, close the vpn proxy firewall and whatnot but it didn't work. In the end I discovered that to uninstall Office you have to do it from Control Panel and then restart the system and et voilà! Hope it works for a long time! A thousand thanks!!! That is not fake, that command will take time to download. Size is approximate 2gb. If you have slow internet then this may take long time

Wait for some time, have patience. After some time it will automatically show the second dialog. If you close CMD in between, it will get download abrupts and you will not be able to apply the setup /configure configuration.xml command.

Key activation is not working. and your office was showing activated before you put the product key and activated it.

Type the following command to navigate to the Office folder. For 32-bit (x86) Office cd c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16\ For 64-bit (x64) Office cd c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\ Type cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus, and then press Enter.

Microsoft allows a couple months with no key then it does this, I think you skipped the last step in the video you can get the preview key from the first link and just add it into word and it will activate
