In this video, I am going to show you how to solve this "Download has failed due to missing panel image, please install missing panel image" problem. It happens because of firmware version. All you need to do is either upgrade your firmware or Downgrade it through the TIA Portal.

Thank you, I found somewhere that you need to install DVD3 with panel images but I had that already installed. This video is exactly the solution I needed, just need to downgrade panel version in TIA!
