You can install lower version, I think your system not mating the software requirement bcoz If you follow my given procedure 100% it can get install in out pc try another version once

Sir have downloaded creo 6.0 from get into PTC web. I fully installed it on my laptop. But whenever I open creo parametric, every time first text.exe file is come on desktop and then creo parametric open. Sir did u know how can avoid this text.exe file?

Your pc is not ellidible for that version so I think you should try another or lower version of Creo like Creo 2 or 1, there is no big difference
