It was an old instruction as I uploaded the mod files under 1 archive but was split into 7 parts. Due to unexpected errors during extraction, I decided to upload the mod files by itself, so there's no need to extract them alltogether.

As far as I tested the mods, yes it has modded passenger terminals with "passenger delivery" tasks.
