Can't install solidworks student version 2020/2021. Using Windows 10 getting message I need Service Pack 3. Service Pack 3 is not for Windows 10. Someone please help

In case anyone else has this problem, I removed the electrical portion of the download, which I don't need, and installed and is working fine.

They gave a serial number that does not work anymore. Why is this happening? How can they give me a serial number that is already expired or not having an active subscription?

while final installation it says additional files required

@@DesignHyper no this was the last step of installation manager .....right when i click on install now this pops up........(additional files are needed based on product selected)

if you mean skip, you cant. Unless you already have downloaded and just need the student license. I think then you ll have to contact support.
