Often when I download maps from Poliigon I don't get refl maps. Only rough or normal maps. So when I wanna put marble on it just doesn't give me that reflection at all.

He Justin Thnx a Million. I've got only one question. I'm drawing a existing building with wooden floor. How can I adjust the intensity from the color of a texture? Difficult to explain. The wooden floor is not matching so I use a existing seamless wooden texture and try to get close to the reality. I know I can use the eye drop, but I don't get close in the render. Or maybe I have to make my own seamless texture?

I don't understand the question. The blue map is a normal map and should be loaded in your rendering software, not the SketchUp texture...
