The food selection has improved 100% since I was at Kawama in 2022. Good to see. I love Cuba and will return in 2024. Thanks for the video. Enjoy the rest of your vacay.

Just returned after a week at the Sirenis Tropical. Had a great trip and our 4th to Cuba. Did notice supply issues but loved our room and obvious Sirenis is upgrading this resort as well as a new one being built next door. Cheers!

i was also im this hotel a moth ago. i remember that guy who played a guitar. He is name Arturo. i played together with him on small drumms

Michael you had room 602 Brenda and i had 601 just so people know those rooms use a normal very small key 🔑 careful not to lose it and u only get 1.

Every time I get a key room I get an extra key made downtown and leave it with Kawama.

Hi Gord. It's a mystery why they weren't open except going in other directions. 15 Varadero hotels are closed due to a lack of tourism. At least the buffet line ups aren't as long and you can go to the end of the peninsula and get off the bus and back on again. It used to be that at the end of the peninsula if you got off the bus, afterwards the bus would pass you trying to get back on because they were already full. But

In cuba the problem is to have beer can not draft. I like cristal beer in a can. Do they serve beer can at this hôtel?

No. They have sometimes had it for sale but not recently. People that want it buy a case for themselves and keep it in their fridge.

I don't know but I see many of them come in and it is one of the least expensive resorts down south so I'd guess it's reasonable.

I got lots of sunshine last December but it was often windy on the beach so tourists would move to the pool then.

I like your video. How is that resort in 2024? Is it worth $975 for a week in March? I know its within walking distance to town which is convenient.

Thankyou. I just put a new one on. Got home a week ago. Depends where you're flying out of what a resort costs. I'm going March 14 out of London and I see it's $785 at the moment. I'm a backpacker, camper sort of person so I put up with lower standards than most. If you want 5 star, pay 5 star. If you go there and have problems with your room I suggest you drop my name and perhaps they may listen to you.
