I love the laundry area. I always like it when there is a laundry room. I love the home comes with an 8ft front porch. The kitchen has a nice design, with room for a dinette. The built-in hutch or coffee station. The living room seems so big, lots of options for furniture and tv placement. I could see myself very comfortable in this home. You are so right about the quality of your homes. There really is a distinct difference in the way they presented. I have not seen any homes that look as sturdy and , well-built. Your homes just look better. Especially for the price you offer.

Oh my gosh, this is PERFECT for so many young people I know who want a house but can't afford what's on the market right now!! I work with 20 and young 30 year olds who are stuck in terrible apartments. They could afford the monthly payments on this and it would give them a MUCH better living situation!! WELL DONE Mr. Tiny!!!

They would need a good size block of land since this homes 18m long & 5m wide! I'd ask about transport costs too since you'd need specialist transport with flags & escorts? Other than that it's a fantastic fully finished second stage home for the price of $112k ! ( Second stage, meaning a couple with secure employment & not intending to start a family for at least 10 years. )

Super cute. Lose the bathroom access from the bedroom, I'll take the extra wall space to expand the sink vanity area. The laundry with back door access is great. For $112k it's super cute.

That is a nice home. I'd remove that doorway to the bathroom thus giving a bigger bathroom counter. If this was longer, you could add another bedroom. It would be easy with that side door to attach garage.

I love the cottage style door and the exterior colors, miss the 2 cam lights that are usually on the porch. The shiplap was a nice touch...I like the mix of modern with farmhouse. For my taste, I'd rather had the farmhouse sink. There is so much space in the kitchen area but not a lot of prep spaces to cook...I think an island facing the living room in a horizontal way, it would have given more space to prep. Guests could have sat across from you while you cook. And I really like pendant lights over the island to give it more style and flare. I loved the black and white cabinets, I love the black hex backsplash, it looks great. I loved that the bathroom had its own design and didn't have to match the kitchen tile, it looks great. It was nice if you need a smaller house. I would love to see a 2 bedroom, one bath. And I love the built in desk that y'all do as well.

This is Beautiful !! This bad boy is wide, and it seems bigger than what it is. Very spacious, plenty of storage. Kitchen is gorgeous, love the paint color. Yeah that's a good idea to lose that side window in the living room to have more wall space for artwork. I really like the fact you can have full size appliances, bed, and closet in this 690 sq ft home. And the price is right. Tfs

It is beautiful! The black tile in the kitchen is gorgeous!! The nantucket white on the shiplap is sooo pretty. The black & white cabinets look amazing and everything just works so well together. I think my favorite feature is the kinda of split cabinets in the kitchen, some by the fridge, some by the stove. It is super appealing when walking in the front. Plus a nice space for a mixer / baking center. Take care of yourself Mike. Beautiful home. Very well done.

Thanks for talking about insulation and having these shipped to the more colder climates, that's always been one of my biggest questions. Are these nearly 100% customizable? You mentioned being able to not have a window where one is, which is great, but how about not having a dishwasher and having cabinetry in that place, how about turning the built-in hutch into a big pantry? If you wanted shiplap everywhere on the interior instead of drywall, is that possible? This unit is a great size, the park models always feel so close, but not quite big enough.

This is by far the best use of space and layout in this size that you've shown. It's so important to have real table space and the privacy of the bedroom and bathroom is wonderful. The major change I'd make is to put a double window in the dining area and remove the window under the transom windows in the living room to make space for a TV. I'd also put doors on the bathroom cabinets. The only thing that is sadly conspicuously missing is a storage closet for cleaning supplies, vacuum, and coats. There's wasted space in the utility room. Could you put a large stackable washer and dryer and a small closet next to it, just left of the exit door? That would also serve to hide the washer/dryer.

The porch rail is not going to meet building code for many places. The puckets must not be able to be climbed. There are many railing designs that are both safe and offer privacy. The insulation is also not up to building code here. The side walls must be 2x6 studs. To save space, panel construction would be strong, energy efficient, and would not be too much thicker than the 2x4 walls. You could get R40 in walls and even up to R60 is the roof. The living room area is nice. The downside is that the kitchen becomes a walk through, and everyone going to the rear has to walk very close to the stove. The kitchen would function better as a U on the left wall. Keep the fridge where it is. Eliminate that window on the side wall, and put the range there. Sink in the peninsula. There is space for a table in the area now used by the sink and stove. It might even be possible to put a bay window in where the table will go, opening up extra space and allowing more light. That would add a foot or two to the over all width of the house. The rear of the house is about perfect. Good laundry space, really nice size of bedroom and a really good closer. All in all, a really nice home indeed.

Love the size of this home!❤ This is the smallest I would be willing to go. I probably would rework the windows in the living room because I don't like having my back to a window, but I love that the living room doesn't look like a closet. The kitchen works for me, but a moveable island would make it perfect! I am also opting out of the stainless steel...over it!😂😂😂 Love the coffee/beverage station. Bathroom counter space and sink are a NO for me. I could live with it for a second bathroom, but I want my bathroom to be a little more luxurious.😊 I am glad to have the capability of a full-size washer/dryer set up, but I want to make sure it is behind a door I can close. Love the size of the bedroom, but I would need another bedroom for a guest and one to turn into a walk-in closet. I also would like a built-in desk Overall, a very nice home.

Yep would remove the window and have the tv there- then the windows in the living room need to rise up about six to eight inches just above couch level. Get the dishwasher on the right side of sink and a set of drawers inbetween the sink and the range. The biggest issue is the small vanity should at least have a medicine cabinet behind the mirror. If you could do a pocket door or barn door and move the toilet were the vanity is and have the vanity go on the outside wall.

Love the open space in kitchen, plenty of room for a table. Personally I've never cared for the black and white combo. But maybe a dark gray and white instead. I'd remove lower window on wall with upper ones for a tv wall. Remove the other on opposite side and replace with 2 slim windows or either add 2 slim on either side of it. Love the laundry room & Bdrm space & closet doors. I'd remove the bthrm door in bdrm for more wall space & larger vanity & mirror in bthrm. Love the shower colors with the gray hex tile. I would like cabinet doors on bottom as well & leave middle open for decor or towels so all other supplies could be hidden. Overall a nice floor plan ❤

Love this model … the only thing I would change is remove the large windows in living room from the sides of the house … not the porch. And put the smaller widows up high on both sides so that the lower part of the wall could be used for fireplace or entertainment center.

This is a great size for a small family. This is a good layout for this tiny home. The Prestiage is a nice addition to this tiny home family. Get rid of the barn door for the closet in the bedroom and replace it with a regular open and shut closet door. Put in an electric fireplace
