Definitely top notch! I love the extra large sliding glass door in the kitchen area (I currently have these in my condo and was not sure this could be done in a manufactured/modular home); I was blown away by the walk-in shower (I have never seen this before in a manufactured/modular home) and am so happy to see that it can be done that way! Everything about this home and layout would make this the perfect layout in my opinion. I tend to like a mid-century modern feel and I get that with this home as well. Clean lines, modern and beautiful!

Simply put. I LOVE this!! The layout, the finishes, the room sizes, the sliding glass door for a back patio and the laundry room on the end with an outside entrance for an attached garage or breezeway to a detached garage. ❤❤❤❤

With a fridge like that a person wouldn't need to worry about the kids standing there with the door open while they stare blankly into the fridge. They would never open the door as they would be standing there staring at the screen on the door.

Chance if you so happen to read my comment. I watch your videos on sort of a regular basis, and I must say that you capture some very nice manufactured and modular homes. Although I must say this is one of the nicer ones that you have actually had on your show. The outside design, as well as the interior design of this particular home, is outstanding and is very eye-catching. The modern look and the way the windows are and the way the tray ceiling is designed in the living room area with the wood up there on the ceiling is phenomenal. I also admire the kitchen and how modern it looks, and it doesn't look cheap. All the material in the kitchen, as well as those sliding doors, look strong, and it looks sturdy and it looks of good quality. A lot of sliding doors on manufactured homes usually don't look as strong as they do on this particular home. Also, the way the master bedroom is designed is also great with the way the wall is behind the headboard of the master bed, which is very fancy like. As far as the closets goes they are very nice too without the wire racks. The racks that they decided to put in each of the closets look up to better quality and it just looked nicer in homes and I know they have put those kind of racks in other homes you have showed as well but not every model. The master bathroom is very, very, very nice. The vanity with the dual sinks in the master bathroom is very modern and stylish and looks of good quality. The lights in the mirrors are also very modern and clean. The switches on the wall are something totally different, and I like it. The bathroom tiles that integrate into the shower tiles are very neat and very well thought out. I really admire that. This particular modular home looks just like a site Built home and if you just took pictures of the interior of this home as well as the exterior people probably would think it would be a site Built home especially if you put rocks up under it instead of the regular underpinning. Now there is one thing that I do not like about this house and that one thing is the vents on the floor. I would prefer the vents in the ceiling because it shoots air down on top of you and you don't have to worry about trash getting into the vents when they're in the ceiling versus when they're on the floor. But besides that, I give this house an A+.

The pricing is reasonable in today's market. Besides some cosmetic changes, the only main thing I would want is the vents in the ceiling. Vents in the floor reminds me of the trailers I grew up in during the 80s and early 90s.

It was nice. I love the entryway closet and spacious open floor plan. What I didn't care for was the windows by the toilets especially the large window right by the toilet. I also wished it had a pantry. I would use the space where the wine rack was to have a pantry there instead. Otherwise it's awesome.

I like this house except for that barn door. Every time you showed another appliance in the kitchen, I could see the price going up. I love the pink room! I use pink a lot on my walls. I love that both bathrooms don't leave you claustrophobic closed up in a dark little room. The toilets look big enough to to do a transfer from w/c to toilet and back. I love the big closets. Very nice.

Nice house, very spacious. The only things I would fix is to somehow, increase the size of the master closet. It would help if the air intake were moved to the entry closet with the vent on the backside. The stairs can come out as I won't need a basement so the utility room size will increase.

❤ love this. Don't like floor vents though. The bedrooms don't have them so why does the rest of the house? And i HATE grey to industrial or institutional and cold looking. So would definitely have to choose different colors. I don't mind grey if there is a blue or greenish tint to it. Is a good thing there are choices. Thank you Chance this really is a great home.

I haven’t had time to watch for quite awhile. This is very nice house, but did I catch a glimpse of the furnace just sitting out in the open in the master bathroom? And I didn’t see a hot water tank either. I loved the kitchen, the big window, and the sliding glass doors. The main layout is beautiful! But the majority of the house is still painted grey. I guess a lot of people like that, but I think it’s gloomy. One other thing I didn’t care for is it still has a barn door. They could just not put the design pieces on and leave it smooth, and it would make such a difference. But it would be a beautiful place to live. I’ve missed you and your kids Chance. I’ve never seen your newest little one. God’s blessings on you and your family.
