A question and a request. The question: They've probably been building and selling this style/size of house for years. How do they hold up, and how do they do as resales? The request: Find one of these under construction, and do a video walkthrough. I'd love to see the quality of the construction that can't be seen behind the nice looking finishes..

You will never be able to resell it as Thais only want new houses. So it’s next to worthless from the moment you sign the contract.

I live in an old ‘Moo Baan’ in suburban BKK and houses here are bought and sold all the time, in fact most of them are only on the market for a couple of months tops

Depends totally on location we have two houses around Bangkok area and have rented both out to Thais for the last 6 years no problems. We have been offered to sell as well twice but we are not selling
