Our Complete Set Up Tutorial Of The SylvanSport GOAT All Terrain Trailer!

We Know that many of you were excited to see us trying out the SylvanSport Go All Terrain Adventure trailer for our trip down the S.C.A.R and so were we!
Because of my spine injuries having a trailer that I could stand up in and sleeping on their sleep system was an absolute GAME CHANGER for us.
So we wanted to take the time and show you step by step how to set up this amazing display of American ingenuity!

The lock and roll hitch system is an excellent system. I have had one for approximately three years and I’ve had no issues with it.

FYI, the stabilizer jacks are large enough to lift the entire trailer off the ground for leveling purposes. also you can lift the rear corners to change tires.

I love the adventure camper/trailer & I am happy for y'all with your back surgeries, but... Lawd have mercy, I have never met y'all in person, but we men are all the same. As I was showing my wife this video, I could literally tell every time you (Jeremy) wanted to throw in an innuendo when Kim would say something & she would move on & act like she didn't hear or know you were about to say it.🤣 This is so my wife & me when trying to do something serious or not joke too much. The phrase, "That's what she said." came to my mind so many times. Loved y'all video & just maybe my wife & I will eventually get an adventure camper/trailer. Happy Overlanding😃👍

@@DownSouth_Adventures Nice. Hate I am going to miss the Outlaw Offroad event at Windrock. 😢 Maybe next year. I am waiting for my rack to ship so I can mount my RTT and awnings. I will be ready for some more camping and offroading when I get that setup. Plus I now have an array of Morimoto offroad lights to install and some high clearance front and rear bumpers on order. 🎉

Good job!!! In the old version of the tent set-up, the marketing manager lowered the roof a little after the back wall was put upright and pushed to the back, to secure it, but that was a video from i think 4 years ago. Is it no longer required or necessary with this new model? Thanks. Maybe someday, we will buy one too.

Love the rear side marker lights built into the Bronco Raptor fender flares. That is a pretty cool trailer. I think that I would leave the front part of the King bed in place and then use that as my table/night stand, this way it gives you plenty of walk space, changing room and portable toilet space all without having to set up/down the standard table. This company has thought out of everything - including the mattress pump. Amazing! Did you say which level of Goat that you have here?

This is the Go ALL TERRAIN. We wanted the Timbren axle-less suspension with the articulating hitch and trailer brakes in case we took it out west to Colorado. We actually did that exact thing with the king bed and put one table on top of the other! It worked great

Pro's - What an AWESOME design. The first time I saw one I thought WOW that's cool, until I saw the price. Cons- Way too many moving parts. Way too expensive and it's still just a tent. BUT If I had one for free on my channel I guess I'd say look how cool, yada, yada, yada, and take 48 minutes to showcase it. Lol. I've learned over the years, there's something for everyone. Some will love this, others will say spend the money on something hard sided, and others will just sleep in their JL's. It's all good.

First- We have slept in our JK for 3 years and loved it with no need to ever change….until I had to back to back spinal fusion surgeries and am not able to bend, lift or twist for at least a year. Secondly 90% of what you see on this channel is bought and paid for with our full time jobs. The CEO knew we were interested in them after we saw them in Maggie Valley in May and we hadn’t been overlanding since last August so he reached out and said we could try it out on a few trips so that we could see if it was doable. If you watched our S.C.A.R video last week you’ll know that I wasn’t ready yet but this trailer is amazing. It’s way overbuilt and will last longer than me and 85% of the components are made within 100 miles of the factory. Everyone wants businesses to operate in America, but then everyone complains about paying “Made in America” prices. Our first time setting it up in the pouring rain at 10:30pm only took 12 minutes and when the tent finally fails in 5-7 years you can replace it for $800. Kim has never towed anything and was nervous but never felt this trailer back there and we absolutely loved this thing. But seriously Thank you for watching and for sharing your thoughts.
