Me too! I just watched the series twice in a row. I usually play it on my cell phone while I’m doing other things, cooking, etc. There may be new movies coming out. But recently I’ve been opting just to rewatch Downton Abbey. Julian Fellowes did an excellent job at creating an inviting and intriguing storyline. 😊💗

I think I need therapy!! 😂😂😂 Nice to hear how much fun she and Harry had with their characters. I love them both so much! Plus the end of the movie, I loved watching how much Harry seems to enjoy the Waltz! It’s so beautiful. Oops that’s about the FIRST movie.

I'd love to see more of Edith's happily ever after, but part of the appeal for me is seeing the interaction between the while cast and the details of upstairs & dowstairs life. It would be difficult to manage that if concentrating on Edith in her new home.

I think Elizabeth's remark about how viewing this movie allows viewers to reconnect with their pre-pandemic selves is particularly apt. The excitement of seeing it, some of us dressing up for the occasion, sitting there in the theatre and reconnecting with these loved characters was wonderful. Tom and Lucy's marriage marked a joyful start to the movie -- and I appreciate the growth several characters were undergoing. Hurrah for Tom, for Edith, for Thomas . . . . Now I'm imagining what a third movie might focus on, a visit to New York 1929 and the stock market collapse, visiting Cora's brother? Julian, Lord Fellows, what do you think?

I’d like to see a movie about the young Violet. She seems to have had an interesting past with the Russian Prince and the French aristocrat who leaves her the villa. Her delivery of the lines is what makes them funny. In the hands of a lesser actress they may not be so witty and cutting.

Big fan. Watched the movie 3 times in 3 different theaters and am.not quite done yet. A few points: ▪︎ the lighting I find is darker in Downton ▪︎Daisy didn't use the Tasting Spoon while stirring, tasting twice. ▪︎LORD Grantham's makeup makes him appear sun burnt. ▪︎The new Actress kept her elbows on the table at dinner. Was that deliberate? So we can be reminded she isn't British.

Robert lost his voice along with the weight - he seems weak both physically. All the younger women had facelifts and must have had fillers injected in the faces. They looked bad. It's a beautiful film. If you do another, make it about the children.

Absolut nonsense. The only woman looking changed and obviously having had plastic surgery was Elizabeth McGovern.
