If you think Atlanta Convention Center is bad try the Toronto Convention Center. Right downtown between the ballpark and the hockey rink with the busiest train station near by. And add that the docks are underground that is below lake level. Also we can arrange a good traffic jam.

I think you'd be fairly happy with the convention center in Columbus Ohio. It's still in a kinda downtown-y area but when you get off the freeway the exit ramp dumps you almost directly into the convention center parking lot.

Welcome to my town Trucker Josh! Don't have time to watch the video as I'm heading out to work driving my 18 Wheeler to Athens Georgia today, but will watch it when I get home later today. Hope everything went well for you here in Atlanta.

I drove a cabover International for a week once when my longnose Intl was in the shop. I HATED it! It was so weird being right on top of stuff. The guys where I work who was assigned to them liked them, though. Just takes some getting used to, I guess. Anytime I got near downtown, I would break out in a cold sweat. Was forced to exit due to an accident closure and drive through downtown Houston with a set of pups once. Luckily it was like midnight. Great video, trucker Jossssshhhhh.

Good morning.. I have made deliveries to the Tampa Florida Convention Center the parking for trucks is actually on the roof. Scary you can feel the concrete flexing below you.

I had to pick up downtown Detroit at the cobo center right next to where the red wings play. It actually wasn't too bad. Only a couple turns right off the express way. The docks were located above the the express way tho lol. Thought it was weird that the express way went under the cobo center. I was worried that there was gonna be a lot of traffic being as it was downtown on a weekday but it was dead. I got there around 11:00-11:30 in the morning. Lucky me lol.

Very cool videos. Driving into Atlanta is always an adventure. The thing you can count on is too much traffic. Glad it was the weekend, crazy drivers everywhere. Glad you vlog your day to day journeys. Your little pals are great, nice to have friends on the road to enjoy. Diesel n Sarge got to be lots of fun. Be safe and keep up the vlogs. A friend from the south, God Bless always...shout out from Ron...

Hey Josh, sounds like a great idea with the Argosy. If I were you I would really look into it as your next truck. Find out as much as you can about them, talk to a owner if you get the chance and see for yourself. Maybe take it for a spin.. And indeed, flat floor, enough space and great manouvrebility as well. And don't worry about being fuel-inefficiency or a 'bumpy ride'. They ain't the same anymore since the 80's ya know!?! And you can indeed take your bike with you then,I say; Go for it! Take care guys...

You missed a plane crash on I 285 near exit 31. It was a small plane but, it was bad and closed the highway for several hours. 4 people died. Thank God only that it wasn't worse. No body driving got hurt but, the people on the plane didn't make it. Just happened on 5/8/2015 at 10am.

Weekends and overnight closures are quite common for relatively minor repairs to roads here in the UK but major repairs result in lane or even road closures for weeks or even months!! By far the vast majority of trucks in Europe are flat fronted like that Argosy including Volvo, MAN and Mercedes. This is I think is due to restrictions on overall length. Diesel look as though he is getting closer to teaching Sargent some sharp lessons on acceptable behaviour - I just hope that this does not happen one day when you are actually driving!

I was thinking of postponing and going the next day. Glad I didn't because I went at 11am and would have run into the traffic.

howdy josh wait till you go back though there come July or Aug, then you'll know why it's called HOTLANTA , and when you have 6 lanes going 5 mph if that it's so fun to drive it , where you seen the CNN building the weather channel is around there some where if not in same place was owned by ted turner at 1 time i thinking he sold it so he could feed his 90 million buffalo in Montana ok give or take a few million t.c be safe out there offer still good only while i'm alive though on dinner when you go with in 3 miles of my house on i-75 & i-69 .
