This place is not over crowded like the metro Manila, is there any hotels, hospitals, Airbnb, tourists destination here. About airlines or bus, how do manilenios get there?

Yes it is not and yes all those mentioned are present in this place. The closest is Puerto Galera popular tourist destination. From Manila you can just take a 2 hour bus ride to Batangas port and take a ferry all the way to Calapan.

There are lots of Hospitals , Restaurants and Hotels in Calapan City and Colleges .. It's big and Rich City

Yes very clean and progressive .. People are very nice and friendly humble .. Mindorenos are very disciplined

13:39 Airlines none, yet Hospital, yes. Govnt & private. Street are deserted at 9-10 pm, but tricycles are available. Local food are not fantastic. But fusion restaurants are available. 6-8 hrs to travel back to manila Puerto Galera is popular but many places of interests for the adventurous tourist. People are generally friendly, helpful, honest & not yet polluted by Manila crowd.
