Downtown Cary has made some real progress definitely with the Park, but Downtown Apex is alittle better feels way more connected and traditional with just enough modern updates so it's not stale, but Cary is just starting to reinvest in it's core again so I think it will past Apex in the future as far downtown go definitely once the BRT systems extends to the future Station they plan to build in or close to its Downtown, just just my two cents lol.
