Bryan you are such a goofball. I love it. Enjoy Philippines. The one you tried with the mango Is called " Bagoong" ( Ba-go-ong). Fermented shrimp. Common dip/condiment in Filipino cuisine. Most foreigners are not a fan of that unfortunately. Haha😅😊

Yeah, in Mau we eat green mangoes with chilli salt but they add shrimp paste aka ginisang bagoong. You can use it to sautee prawns.. While I'm watching you eat your burger, I'm having a Portuguese chicken burger...

Unripe/sour mango is neutralized by that shrimp paste or alamang. Wish Riki tried it with that cos usually, it's the women who like that combo. But when they start craving for it, their husbands get worried cos it's a sign that they might be pregnant.

I don't usually leave comments here in YT but The Philippines and Vietnam has there own beauty. The only advantage is Foreigners will never have the problem of the language barrier as Filipino's can converse in English fluently ( even the street vendors can speak and understand english ) but Vietnamese can't. Both Countries are amazing. I respect your 'personal' opinion but sometimes keep it to yourself. Let them enjoy the country they choose to visit. God Bless you!
