Increible .... tremendo diseño para los carros, estos se van a sentir felices, se parece a la barrabasada de Midtown Miami donde parece que a los negocios los que van son los carros, se les olvido que la gente es lo importante para los negocios, las calles con restaurantes, cines, bares y otros lugares de ocio "NO DEBEN TENER TRAFICO DE VEHICULOS" si tienen dudas viajen a europa y lo entenderan, si no pueden viajar lean y vean imagenes en internet, el exito de estos lugares es crear espacios tipo Lincoln Road ( Boulevares Peatonales ) "Sin cruce o paso de vehiculos"

Right after Hurricane Andrew, I opened my office at 10560 NW 27 St in Doral. 107th Avenue was not even completed. The asphalt ended at 107 Avenue and N.W. 41 St ( 36 St) I had the feeling and the vision that this was the next development area of the late nineties and the early new century. I would like to share those aerial pictures i took in a helicopter in the late nineties. I had the pleasure of zoning and developing for different clients including myself the following projects : Piazza Vecchia, Costa Brava, Costa Linda, The Reserve at Doral, Doral Landings and Costa Bella. All those projects earned prestigious awards for Planning and Design as well as Overall Product from the Builder Association of South Florida and The Miami Herald Awards. Of course i used one of the best residential architects in Miami for suburban projects. The architects were Pascual, Perez and Kilidgian. Today Doral is a reality thanks to those innovative designs that changed living, working and playing. Zully Ruiz, Zully Ruiz Enterprises Inc.
