This is an absolutely gorgeous design! The only thing I would change would be to have a hot tub on the balcony instead of the small pool and to make the master bath toilets have their own little room each - private water closets instead of the open concept which wouldn't be too difficult I imagine. I assume there must be some kind of ignition kill switch required on the cars so people can't have an accident in the sky garages?

Yes Bob, all kinds of ignition and safety devices on the car lifts. The beauty of buying pre-construction is the ability to make changes like you mention which are pretty common. The balcony pools are oversized hot tubs in my opinion ;)

Great concept. Hindered only by possible consumers with multiple cars. Then again if you can afford to live there, you most likely have multiple residencies or can afford a private storage for additional cars. For 1/1000 the price I can program a custom software that monitors parking spots via webcam and feeds encrypted footage to your android/iOs device as well as archives footage to a home network or iCloud. Weatherproof webcam enclosures are cheaper nowadays.

I think they look great...for androids or robots. What if you got stuck on one of those lifts? Of course, a robot wouldn't care.

En admettant que l'ascenseur ne soit pas occupé, il faudrait attendre autant de temps pour rentrer chez soi ? Et l'intérêt d'une voiture devant son palier me dépasse... Autant faire construire une maison luxueuse que d'habiter une cage à lapins. Je comprend le clin d'oeil Porsche mais quand même...
