Nobody in Jackson is in a situation to where you're stuck,can't get a good job,start your own business and do something with your life instead of blame others and your situation.. Don't play the blame game and nobody feels sorry for you so stop feeling sorry for yourself. See the taller building on the right side of the screen next to the building that appears to be leaning In the opening clip , on the other side of that building on the top two floors is a hidden AT&T cell site ... I only know this because I wired it up in 2016 haha ... Looking at this building from any angle you can not tell its there but its in there and it's not easy to get to either .... We had to park in the parking deck on the left and borrow a cart from the little grocery store next door and carry everything from the parking deck across the street , load after load after load of all the equipment .... Getting everything from the parking deck to the top of the other building took longer than it did building the actual site and even though the job called for it to be done in 5 days , we still got it done in 4 with all the problems and issues including chasing down and correcting all the different alarms ... it literally almost took an entire day just to get all the equipment up there , another day to build the site , one day of chasing alarms and fixing everything and then on the last day we did the video audits and close outs , clean up and get all the trash and empty boxes down ... somewhere around this area was an old soul food restaurant and I can't remember the name of it but I'll never forget how good the food was there ... If anyone knows the restaurant I'm talking about I would love to know the name of it because even though I doubt I'll ever have another chance to eat there , I would like to know the name of it because it was literally some of the best food I ever ate (next to momma's cooking that is 😏)... Be blessed my friends and I pray that you all have a blessed joyfilled day and that you all day no to the snake bite and that you all stay focused on Jesus and Jesus Christ only in all of these hard and crazy times in Jesus Christ mighty name Amen🙏🙏🙏

I mean for being the hood these neighborhoods very well kept. It's obvious the residents take pride in their well kept yards and homes.

Democrats run this city, go look at other cities in Mississippi not run by democrats. Right down the road are Madison and Brandon and they are both really nice. On the coast Gulfport and Biloxi also nice.

I grew up in this city, yes there are areas like this. Don't be completely fooled though, we have our multi-million dollar homes too. This is about 35-40% of the city though. This looks like mostly some areas of south and west Jackson. Try North/North East Jackson.
@nikkihenry9594 жыл бұрын
Lol. You don't travel much Do You. Jackson is Down Bad.
@jamesonvparker4 жыл бұрын
Nikki Henry traveled all over. Currently in Silicon Valley. I agree the city could see some major improvements, but my point is it has its nicer areas too. I would support higher taxes for the area to maybe fix the potholes and improve the infrastructure in other areas too. As property values dip, investors are grabbing everything up (I’m one of them). I think at some point the you’ll see property values on the rise again, but it’s definitely going to take time.

Go from Gallatin up capital and back down Amite around 7:30am to see the homeless migration from the shelters to the park in front of the governors mansion. It looks like the walking dead. Then they have cops on standby to run them out of the park so people who work downtown or tourists won't be discouraged or aware of the problems beyond the potholes.
