I’m from Chicago! Thought about moving to Vegas for the fall winter spring months to focus on content creation. Is DTLV or Arts District doable without a car? Any news of high end grocery coming to the area? Thanks bro!

I sold my car since I moved downtown. It is totally doable. You just need to Uber and/or public transportation. I do both. Not sure about any high end grocery coming but you can order online from Smith’s. Plus there are a few within an inexpensive Uber ride.

Hi James, Im retired and was thinking of going to Manila to check it out and see if I like it. If I ever got seriously involved or married a Filipina I would want her to either be financially independent and or working.

Hi thanks for watching! I wasn’t a fan of Manila. I recommend Cebu instead. It will be tough finding a Filipina that is financially independent. Working yes.

@@jamesinvegas I think if you exclude the girls in their 20s and 30s it's much easier to find a Filipina that is independent financially and doesn't look at you as a walking ATM or an opportunity to leave the country.

How's the Homeless situation doing there in Downtown Vegas?

It comes and goes. Just part of living in any downtown area. Not too bad tho.

@@jamesinvegas I went back to visit last September and it looked pretty bad to me. A lot of mentally ill homeless wandering around the streets there and some would actually come up to you and get in your face. I suppose if you live in Summerlin or spend most of your time in the casino and don't go out too much, it's ok, but otherwise it's starting to get like downtown San Francisco.

I'm not Filipino but if your channel turns into a (semi) Filipino channel be prepared for big growth. Filipinos are hugely supportive of other Filipinos and anyone who shows/supports/promotes/enjoys their culture. You'll get a million Filipino viewers if you go down that road. They're really lovely and supportive people. Seriously. Do a Jollibee video and watch the views and subs rack up. :) Good luck!
