I remember this place when it was first built. I remember it being a halfway home for convicts. There used to be a gay bar right across the street, it was a hot spot in 70's. I lived on Bonanza Blvd. and Las Vegas Blvd. in a studio apartment. Rent used to $450.00 monthly. I now live in Brownsville Texas where Elon Musk moved his rockets too. Now the rents are high as well. Lucky for me I bought a small house which is paid for. However I still miss Las Vegas because that's where I left my youth and love behind.

Darn dude, wish I had come across ur channel 3 weeks ago when I was in Vegas apt. hunting. Im a single guy and had looked into small RV's in the past and ur micro studio reminds me of an RV inside. I ended up getting locked into a studio lease over by the Virgin hotel, but wouldve preferred the 211. It's definitely gonna be at the top of the list 11 months from now. Thanks for sharing.
