The guy who was pointing out the businesses in Maplewood turned out to be a mental patient, and PEP heard from an attorney representing the state hospital about it. Once they figured out he didn’t have a dime that was the end of that. We gave him the WWM honorary title of “The Mayor of Maplewood”.
