Eden prairie, Edina, Minnetonka, Maple grove, theres like 15 suburbs with multi million dollar houses. Eden prairie has been voted the nicest place to live in the country like 3 times in the last 5 years by money magazine

This is the 394 4th street exit in the beginning, then onto 1st ave going past Target Center (2:30), the famous First Ave (2:36), the continuing on Hawthorne then a left onto 12th Street, at least that's what it looks like to me.
